  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Sinhala  
  • Expected experience:  Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales in the FMCG industry 
     

Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Beverages, the candidate will be responsible for developing regional vending business. He/ she will directly responsible for driving new business and counteracting competition by converting competitor sites. He / she will also focus on developing key regional customers, and work closely with distributors and sales staff, Regional Franchisees, Category & Channel Sales teams and Brand teams for this purpose. 
 

A day in the life of...

  • Assess and develop regional vending business, whilst supporting the overall Out Of Home (OOH) Business
  • Distributor management and ensure wider reach and better service of the beverage solutions business in the region 
  • Monitor and track the sales performance of new business
  • Implement all activities planned by Category & Channel Sales team and Brand teams

 
 

What will make you successful

  • Education:  Degree in Management, with a focus on Marketing & Sales
  • Expected experience:  Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales in the FMCG industry
  • A passion for sales, and willingness to travel out of Colombo
  • Excellent communication skills with advanced networking abilities 
  • Being well-organised, flexible, adaptable and working well within a team
