Position Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Category & Food, the candidate will be responsible for rolling out I&R Projects on time and achieving set objectives. This role will also work closely with brand, factory, Business Development and field sales teams.
 

A day in the life of...

  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders in Head Office and the field sales team to roll out I&R Projects
  • Responsible for I&R Projects that have been rolled out in the out of home business and ensuring set objectives are achieved
  • Understanding Out Of Home (OOH) behaviour by working with industry professionals and the consumer insight team, identify solutions for operator dilemmas, and use emerging trends to develop new innovation strategies
  • Channel coordination to ensure proper demonstrations and sampling is done, and to close sales with potential customers
  • Follow up on new customer base for new products and continuous monitor sales to avoid dropouts
     

What will make you successful

  • Education:  Degree in Management with a focus on Marketing
  • Expected experience:  Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG industry 
  • Knowledgeable in project management, preferably with prior exposure in driving projects 
  • Excellent communication skills, with advanced networking abilities 
  • Well organised, flexible, adaptable and works well in a team environment
