- Expected experience: a minimum 5 years of experience in leading and managing market environment sustainability programs / creating shared value (CSV) programs whilst working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President – Communications, the candidate will be responsible to lead CSV initiatives in the area of environmental/ planet sustainability and plastics, manage stakeholders and engage in multi-sectoral partnerships and contribute to CSV communication. He/she will also support corporate communications by implementing all internal corporate communications and specified external digital corporate communications with the view to enhance Nestlé Lanka’s corporate brand and image amongst stakeholders.
A day in the life of...
- SUSTAINABILITY – ENVIORNMENT/ PLANET
- Lead market-led CSV initiatives on environmental/planet sustainability and plastics to enhance the company's reputation.
- Act as SPOC for the market taskforce and liaise and guide respective pillar leads to achieve key milestones in the market roadmap.
- Contribute and represent the company or industry groups on environmental/planet sustainability and plastics.
- COMMUNICATION
- Enhance the Nestlé Lanka corporate image and reputation amongst internal stakeholders by driving internal communications and engagement
- Develop content to communicate key messages in an engaging, timely and creative manner to enhance the Nestlé Lanka corporate image and reputation amongst consumers and external stakeholders on the company's corporate website.
What will make you successful
