Your Job: 

  • Title: Consumer Engagement Service Agent and Nutritionist 
  • Where it Belongs in the Organization: Part of the Nordic Marketing and Consumer Communications team 
  • Key Mission in the Job: Engage with Danish and Norwegian consumers across various channels to enhance their experience with our brands. 
  • The Team: Collaborate with a diverse group of marketing and communication specialists. 
  • The Manager: Janet Borg, Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Manager  
  • Extent: Full-time position, from December 1, 2025 and at least one year contract. Focus on Consumer Service work, but part of the role will be with nutritionist responsibilities, such as support brand teams on nutrition-related issues, such as health labels and assess the nutritional value of our product portfolio using our internal validation tool.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Interact with consumers through phone, social media, website, live chat, and email during office hours. 
  • Guide consumers with inquiries about our products and collect feedback. 
  • Report incidents related to our products to the appropriate teams. 
  • Conduct social listening and engage proactively on social media platforms. 
  • Prepare quarterly market reports and maintain communication as SPOC for Nestlé Health Science and our Confectionery team. 
  • Handle weekend monitoring shifts, approximately 3 hours per shift, with a fixed compensation of DKK 750 per day.

We Are Looking For: 

  • A driven and independent individual with a passion for consumer service. 
  • Strong communication skills in Danish or Norwegian, both verbal and written. 
  • Proficiency in English, as it is the primary language of communication within Nestlé. 
  • A natural interest in Marketing, Communications, and Nutrition. 
  • A minimum of 1 year availability starting from 1 December 2025. 
  • Curiosity for uncover new opportunities and challenging the norm. 
  • Enthusiasm for making a difference and take ownership. 
  • Experience with social media management and marketing tools is a plus. 
  • A background in nutrition is highly advantageous.
