Your Job:
- Title: Student Worker for Consumer Engagement Service
- Where it Belongs in the Organization: Part of the Nordic Marketing and Consumer Communications team
- The Job: Engage with Danish and Norwegian consumers across various channels to enhance their experience with our brands.
- The Team: Collaborate with a diverse group of marketing and communication specialists.
- The Manager: Janet Borg, Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Manager
- Extent: 15 hours per week (preferably 2 full days) with weekend shifts 1-2 times a month for 3 hours. You decide when during the day. For every weekend shift you take, you will receive a fixed amount of DKK 750.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with consumers through phone, social media, website, live chat, and email.
- Guide consumers with inquiries about our products and collect feedback.
- Report incidents related to our products to the appropriate teams.
- Participate in the development and execution of consumer engagement strategies.

We Are Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or similar with a minimum of 2 years left of studies.
- Strong communication skills in Danish or Norwegian, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English, as it is the primary language of communication within Nestlé.
- A natural interest in Marketing and Communications.
- Ability to quickly absorb new information, as there is a steep learning curve with many brands to learn about.
- Curiosity for uncovering new opportunities and challenging the norm.
- Enthusiasm for making a difference and taking ownership.
- Experience with marketing tools like content calendars, TINT, or Sprinklr is a plus.
- Experience with Outlook is a significant advantage.
