Your Job:
- Title: HR & Payroll Specialist
- Where it Belongs in the Organization: Nordic HR Operations Team
- Key Mission in the Job: Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- The Team: Part of a dedicated team of 6 colleagues across the Nordic region.
- The Manager: HR Operations Manager Nordic, Tetiana Ilnytska
Key Responsibilities:
- Report and verify payroll data and approve payroll disbursements.
- Handle parental leave, vacation, illness, and reimbursements in compliance with relevant laws.
- Manage manual reporting to e-Income SKAT.
- Participate in the testing and development of HR systems.
- Administer the company's pension schemes and perform various administrative HR tasks.

We Are Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR and payroll.
- Strong understanding of Danish Labour Law.
- Proficiency in SAP, preferably SuccessFactors.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong competences in Danish and English
- Experience from working with shared services centre are seen as a big
- Curiosity for uncovering new opportunities and challenging the norm.
- Enthusiasm for making a difference and taking ownership.
