Your Job:
As our new Marketing Activation Manager & Business Support, you will join our Nordic Veterinary Channel team at Purina PetCare. You can be based either at our Copenhagen headquarters or in our Stockholm office, and you will report to the Nordic Head of Veterinary Channel.
In this role, you will help bring our vet channel strategy to life by coordinating activations, creating POS materials, and providing solid day‑to‑day support to the business. You will work closely with veterinary clinics and hospitals across the Nordics – including our key partner, IVC Evidensia – to strengthen Purina’s visibility, reputation, and recommendation within the veterinary community.
You will work in a small team with a broad scope, which means close collaboration with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Supply, and external partners. The role covers all Nordic markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland), so some travel can be expected.
A key part of your work will be helping to build strong advocacy and long‑term trust in the Purina brand among veterinary professionals – a central focus of our long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales planning process for the vet channel
- Develop activation tactics together with brand and commercial teams
- Execute brand activations and create POS materials for both offline and online use
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local webinars and events for veterinary partners
- Administer and track the vet expense budget in alignment with the Nordic Head of Veterinary Channel.
- Provide daily business support, including analysis, campaign follow‑up, reporting, and sales administration.

We Are Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you bring a mix of practical experience, collaboration skills, and a positive way of working. We imagine that you:
- Have a relevant educational background.
- Bring experience from marketing activation and/or business support.
- Communicate fluently in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
- Feel confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, skills in InDesign is a plus.
- Communicate clearly and work well with others, contributing to good teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Bring a commercial mindset and an understanding of the Nordic market – including the differences across countries.
- Work in a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way, with a natural “can do” attitude.
Experience from the pet food or veterinary industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
