Your Job:

As our new Student Worker, you will become part of the Nordic Coffee team and support our Nescafé Dolce Gusto & Nespresso Authorized Brands (NABs) business across the Nordic region. Based at Nestlé's Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will report to our Nordic Brand Business Lead for NABs and work closely with a passionate team of experienced Brand Managers.

 

Together, you will help grow some of the world's most recognized coffee brands, including NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, Starbucks, and Zoégas, gaining hands-on experience across brand management, portfolio development, and marketing activation while supporting the team in achieving its business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and management of the Nordic portfolio across Nescafé Dolce Gusto & NABs.
  • Extract, structure, and analyze data from various sources to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate product sample requests and support the execution of events and brand activations.
  • Support the optimization of product content across e-commerce and digital channels.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Nordic Coffee team.

We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. We are looking for:

To thrive in this role, you...

 

  • Have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar).
  • Are fluent in both English and at least one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish).
  • Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data and numbers.
  • Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and enjoy turning data into actionable insights.
  • Are proactive, structured, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Are able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting colleagues across different functions.
