Your Job:
As our new Nordic Brand Manager (temp.), you will drive the brand activation operations for our Consumer Care segment, covering strong brands such as Resorb, Minami, Vital Proteins, and Optifibre. You will become part of our Nordic marketing team, which is based across Sweden and Denmark. This position is based at our office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, where you will join a truly passionate team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and implementing 360° marketing plans for traditional and digital channels to reach the target audience effectively.
- Event marketing – overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of events to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
- Asset management for social media, e-commerce, and field materials, including managing and optimizing brand assets across various platforms to drive engagement and sales.
- Collaborating with partners and stakeholders to create effective marketing strategies aligned with market trends and business goals.
- Create targeted sampling initiatives to drive brand awareness, trial, and consumer adoption.
Please note that this is a Parental Leave Cover and thus a temporary position, limited to a year, but with the possibility of a permanent role within the company for the right candidate at the end of the one-year contract.

We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as a flair for all things digital, including eBusiness. You have a great drive, a proactive approach, and an agile mindset. Furthermore, you are a structured and strong project leader, who focuses on results and adopts a pragmatic approach to prioritization to achieve business targets. You communicate and navigate easily and effectively with stakeholders at all levels in the organization, shifting easily between strategic thinking and operational execution.
We imagine that you hold a relevant educational background within marketing, communication, digital, or similar. In addition to this, you bring minimum 2-3 years of experience from a similar marketing role, preferably from a large multinational organization. Fluency in both English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a requirement. We expect you to be an experienced Microsoft Office user, whereas advanced analytical skills will be seen as advantageous.
