Your Job:
As our new Nordic Brand Manager, you will join the Nordic Marketing team at Purina PetCare. Based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will report to our Nordic Marketing Manager, and you will work closely with our Junior Brand Manager for Cat Snacks, based in Espoo, Helsinki.
Your main objective is to drive the growth of the Latz brand across the Nordic markets. You will develop strong brand plans and work cross‑functionally with Sales, Market Development, Shopper Marketing, and Media partners to ensure effective strategy execution. A key focus will be aligning Zone Europe brand strategy with local market needs and delivering excellent brand execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver impactful brand plans for Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark.
- Monitor portfolio and category performance.
- Lead brand activations and ensure consistent brand positioning.
- Drive brand strategy, including launches, relaunches, and assortment planning.
- Manage the brand budget and local adaptation of communication assets.
You will collaborate closely with other Brand Managers as part of a diverse, energetic, and consumer‑centric team. A curious mindset and passion for consumers are essential; owning a pet is not required. Limited business travel is expected.
Please note that this is a Parental Leave Cover and thus a temporary position, limited to 9 months from mid-March 2026, but with the possibility of a permanent role within the company for the right candidate at the end of the contract.

We Are Looking For:
To thrive and be successful in this role, you…
- Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing or a similar commercial role, preferably within FMCG.
- Hold a relevant educational background.
- Are fluent in English and Danish. Knowledge of another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a plus, but not a must.
- Are a confident user of Microsoft Office.
- Combine strong analytical skills with a commercial, results‑driven mindset.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, and are comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Thrive in roles that balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Are a positive, collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to shared success.
