Nordic Brand Manager for Starbucks & NABs
Nordic Brand Manager for Starbucks & NABs
Join Nestlé Nordics – we are looking for the Power of YOU!
Are you passionate about brands, consumers, and great coffee experiences? We are now looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our Coffee team and work with our NABs (Nespresso Authorized Brands) portfolio, which includes beloved brands such as Starbucks, NESCAFÉ Farmers Origins, and Zoégas by Nespresso.
Working at Nestlé: As the largest food and beverage company in the world, Nestlé offers a diverse range of products with a primary focus on nutrition, health, and wellness. Nestlé Nordics is not just a workplace; it is a community where your uniqueness matters. We celebrate diversity and value every aspect of you, creating a culture that encourages growth, celebrates differences, and offers endless opportunities.
Your Job:
We are looking for a commercially minded and consumer‑oriented Nordic Brand Manager to join our Coffee Marketing Team, covering Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will report directly to the Nordic Brand Business Lead for Nespresso Authorized Brands (NABs), and be based at our Nordic Head Headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
In this role, you will act as a key sparring partner to the Brand Business Lead and drive your own projects across the NABs portfolio. A central responsibility will be to translate European brand strategies into strong, relevant plans for the Nordic markets – always grounded in consumer insights and local market dynamics.
Your focus areas will depend on your experience and strengths, but may include:
- Driving brand communication and activation strategies, including annual planning, in close collaboration with local teams and key stakeholders.
- Planning and executing ATL and digital activities, serving as the main contact for our media agency and other creative partners, including continuous evaluation and optimization of plans.
- Managing Innovation & Renovation (I&R) across the full product lifecycle and ensuring alignment between product potential, brand strategy, and commercial functions.
- Monitoring monthly business performance for I&R, brand KPIs, competitors, and category developments.
- Collaborating closely with Nordic stakeholders and global colleagues to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
You will become part of a diverse and talented team working together to drive our NABs agenda forward. We expect you to take ownership of your initiatives, show autonomy in your decision‑making, and demonstrate leadership in your project areas. You are curious by nature, eager to develop your skills, and motivated by working in a fast‑moving FMCG environment. You also contribute actively to a positive team culture.
As this is a Nordic role, occasional travel within the region should be expected.
The Courage to Be YOU: At Nestlé Nordics, we encourage you to embrace your authenticity. When you bring your whole self to work, you unleash your full potential.
We Are Looking For:
To both thrive and be successful in this role, you…
- Bring minimum 3 years of experience from a similar marketing role, ideally within a large multinational environment.
- Hold a relevant educational background within marketing, communication, digital, or a related field.
- Communicate fluently in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish). Please note that this is a requirement.
- Are an experienced Microsoft Office user; strong analytical skills are an asset.
- Have a natural flair for digital and E‑business, and stay curious about new trends and tools.
- Show great drive and a proactive, agile mindset, enabling you to manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Work in a structured way and lead projects confidently, balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Navigate stakeholders at all levels with ease and adapt your communication style as needed.
- Bring a strong desire to learn and grow, paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
