Your job:
As our new Nordic Product Data & Activation Specialist, you will become the primary contact for product information regarding the Purina Nordic assortment, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and execution across all Nordic countries and customers. This role is essential for driving the success of our product offerings and enhancing our data and e-commerce strategies within the Nordic market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ownership and Communication:
- Proactively manage internal and external deadlines.
- Ensure flawless execution of product launches and delists.
- Deliver best-in-class content to all customers.
- Digital Tools Management:
- Implement and maintain digital tools, including Purina Nordics' Product Information Management (PIM) and digital shelf management systems.
- Gather and consolidate digital data requirements managed by the market.
- Communicate changes and validate implementations effectively.
- Stakeholder Liaison:
- Collect and consolidate assortment and retailer specifications.
- Liaise with endpoint stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- E-commerce Activation:
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of e-commerce activation campaigns.
- Oversee budgets and timelines to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the commercial team in improving digital shelf presence.
This position is based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report to our Nordic eCommerce & Data Transformation Manager. Our team is a dynamic and passionate group, comprising individuals from different nationalities and backgrounds. While having a pet at home is not a requirement to be part of our team, we value a curious mindset and a genuine passion for understanding consumers and their behaviors.

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualities:

- Curiosity and Analytical Skills: Your natural curiosity and strong analytical abilities make you commercially and digitally savvy.
- Effective Communication: You navigate and communicate easily with stakeholders at all organizational levels, seamlessly transitioning between strategic thinking and operational execution.
Additionally, we imagine that you hold a relevant educational background within business administration or similar. Maybe you bring a few years of relevant work experience too, but either way, we look forward to seeing you grow professionally and personally with us. Fluency in both English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) is a requirement. We expect you to be an experienced Microsoft Office user, who is particularly comfortable working in Excel.
