Help Keep Our Supply Chain Moving Across the Nordics

Are you an experienced Supply Planner who enjoys solving problems, working across different teams, and making sure the right products are available at the right time?

We're looking for a Nordic Supply Planner to join our Purina PetCare Supply Chain team in Copenhagen and play a key role in keeping products flowing across the Nordic markets. In this role, you'll help us deliver great service to customers while balancing inventory levels, freshness, and operational efficiency.

The Role

As our new Nordic Supply Planner, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining supply plans across the Nordic markets. You'll work closely with colleagues in Supply Chain, Commercial, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Demand Planning to ensure a smooth flow of products throughout the network.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and turning challenges into practical solutions. You'll have the freedom to manage your area independently while working closely with colleagues across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Ensure supply plans are executed and aligned with Nordic market needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and help ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
• Identify supply risks and work with stakeholders to find practical solutions.
• Support product launches, promotions, and other business activities that impact supply.
• Work closely with factories, logistics providers, and planning teams across the business.
• Review performance, spot improvement opportunities, and help drive better ways of working.
• Ensure planning data is accurate and up to date.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who already has experience within Supply Planning or a similar Supply Chain role and is ready to take ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll likely bring:

• Solid experience within Supply Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, or a related area.
• Experience working in a business where priorities can change quickly and collaboration is key.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and Excel.
• A structured approach and the ability to keep an overview while managing details.
• The ability to challenge constructively, make informed decisions, and drive topics forward when needed.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships across different functions.
• Fluency in English is required. If you also speak a Nordic language, that's a plus.

Experience from FMCG is a strong advantage, and exposure to Demand Planning or broader end-to-end Supply Chain processes would be a plus.

You'll join our Nordic Supply Chain team at our office in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and report to the Nordic Head of Supply Chain. We're a collaborative and down-to-earth team that values openness, learning, and helping each other succeed. We're looking for someone who brings experience, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership.
