Your Job:

As our new Sales & Category Analyst, you will take a central role in running and developing our commercial analyses, reporting, and sales systems (Power BI, Exceedra, Nielsen, and more). You will be the analytics specialist within the commercial organization, supporting our customer, category, and field sales teams with reliable data and clear, actionable insights.

 

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across the commercial function – turning complex data into simple, meaningful stories that drive decisions. A key part of your work will also be maintaining and improving our tools and dashboards to ensure the business always has the right information at hand.

 

Your days will include...

 

  • Delivering sales, customer, and category analyses with high accuracy and clarity.
  • Transforming data into practical recommendations and presenting insights in a simple, engaging way.
  • Maintaining, optimizing, and further developing sales tools and reporting systems.
  • Supporting our field sales consultants with insights and guidance to help make their work more strategic and effective.

 

Your base will be either at our Nordic Headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, or at our Helsingborg office. The role reports directly to our Head of Commercial Excellence.

We Are Looking For:

To both thrive and be successful in this role, you bring…

 

  • Strong commercial experience, ideally from a grocery, FMCG, or retail analytics role, with the ability to operate confidently and independently.
  • Solid skills in sales analytics and reporting, and experience working with different types of data to create clear, actionable insights.
  • An analytical and structured mindset, with strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a clear advantage.
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented approach – comfortable challenging existing processes and improving ways of working.
  • A collaborative attitude paired with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • A positive contributor to a healthy, team‑oriented working environment.
  • Fluency in English; any Nordic language skills are a plus.
