Your Role:
As our new Student Worker, you will play a key role in representing Nestlé’s voice towards our Nordic consumers. You will help shape how people experience and interact with some of our most loved brands, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality and care we stand for.
Based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will join the Nordic Marketing & Consumer Communications team, collaborating closely with marketing and communication specialists across the region. In this role, you will report to the Nordic Consumer Engagement Services Manager and contribute to making the consumer perspective an integral part of how we develop and communicate our brands.
What you will be doing:
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with consumers in Danish or Norwegian across digital channels such as social media, email, web platforms, and occasionally also phone.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent, and empathetic communication that strengthens brand perception and consumer trust.
- Capture and translate consumer interactions into valuable insights, helping our teams better understand trends, needs, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to flag and follow up on product-related matters.
- Support the development and execution of consumer engagement initiatives, contributing ideas on how we can improve the way we connect with our audiences.

Working hours & flexibility:
- Approx. 15 hours per week (typically across two weekdays)
- Flexible scheduling to fit around your studies
- 1-2 monthly weekend shifts (3 hours) with flexible timing
Compensation:
- DKK 184/hour (weekdays)
- DKK 750 per weekend shift
- Pension contribution
Plus:

We are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you...
- Ideally, have at least two years left of your university-level studies (or equivalent).
- Are fluent in Danish or Norwegian.
- Feel comfortable communicating in English, as this is our primary working language within Nestlé.
- Have a genuine interest in marketing and communications.
- Take ownership of your tasks and learn quickly, as you will be working with a variety of exciting brands.
- Show curiosity and enthusiasm for discovering new opportunities and making a meaningful impact.
Experience with tools like Outlook, content calendars, TINT, or Talkwalker will be considered a plus, but this is not a requirement.
