As a Student Worker in our Nordic Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA) team, you'll work with product labeling, translations, and consumer-facing information for one of the world's leading pet care brands. Your Role
As our new Student Worker, you will become part of the Nordic Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
Working closely with experienced colleagues and reporting to the Nordic Regulatory & Scientific Affairs Manager, you will support activities related to product information, labeling, and regulatory compliance for the Finnish market within our Purina PetCare portfolio.
A large part of the role involves working with product and packaging information, making it ideal for someone who enjoys accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous experience within Regulatory & Scientific Affairs is not required. We will provide training and support to help you build the technical knowledge needed for the role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Translate and adapt product and packaging information into Finnish.
- Convert product information into compliant ingredient declarations and label texts for the Finnish market.
- Review and approve packaging, websites, communication materials, and marketing content.
- Extract, analyze, and maintain data across various systems and databases.
- Support regulatory assessments and administrative activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Nordic markets to help ensure accurate and compliant consumer-facing information.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you...
- Are fluent in Finnish and English.
- Have at least 1½ years remaining in your studies and are currently enrolled in a university-level programme.
- Enjoy working with language, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Are structured, organized, and able to manage deadlines independently.
- Take initiative, ask questions, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Have an interest in pets, product information, consumer communication, or regulatory topics.
We welcome students from a variety of academic backgrounds. What matters most is your attention to detail, language skills, and willingness to learn. Professional fluency in Finnish is required, as a significant part of the role involves working with product and packaging information for the Finnish market.
What We Offer

We expect you to work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around your academic commitments.
Compensation:
- DKK 184 per hour
- Pension contributions
