Your Job:
As our new Student Worker in Consumer Engagement Services (CES), you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic consumers – helping ensure they have a positive and memorable interaction with our products and brands. Based at Nestlé’s Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will join the Nordic Marketing & Consumer Communications team, working alongside a dynamic group of marketing and communication specialists. In this role, you will report to our Nordic CES Manager and contribute to a team that puts consumers at the heart of everything we do. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with consumers in Finnish and Swedish via phone, social media, website, live chat, and email.
- Providing guidance on product-related inquiries and gathering valuable consumer feedback.
- Reporting product-related incidents to the relevant internal teams for follow-up.
- Contributing to strategy, supporting the development and execution of consumer engagement initiatives.

You will work approximately 15 hours per week, ideally spread across two full weekdays. In addition, you will be asked to cover weekend shifts once or twice per month, each lasting three hours, with full flexibility to choose when during the day you work. For your time on weekdays, you will earn DKK 178 per hour. Weekend shifts are compensated with a fixed rate of DKK 750 per shift. We are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you...
- Ideally, have at least two years left of your university-level studies (or equivalent).
- Are fluent in both Finnish and Swedish – this is a must.
- Feel comfortable communicating in English, as this our primary working language within Nestlé.
- Have a genuine interest in marketing and communications.
- Take ownership of your tasks and learn quickly, as you will be working with a variety of exciting brands.
- Show curiosity and enthusiasm for discovering new opportunities and making a meaningful impact.
- Have experience with tools like Outlook, content calendars, TINT, or Talkwalker – this is a plus, but not a requirement.
