If YES, then come join us as our new Student Worker in Learning & Development at Nestlé Nordics, where you will be surrounded by awesome HR professionals in a learning-positive environment!

Working at Nestlé: We are the largest food company in the world, focusing on nutrition, health, and wellness. Nestlé Nordics is a community where people truly matter. We value every aspect of you, from your talents to your personal experiences.

Your Job:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Together with Learning & Development Manager; planning, administrating, and organizing our Nordic virtual and on-site training opportunities.
  • Creating and updating learning content, as well as content and guides for our online learning platform iLearn, our intranet me@Nestlé, and the People, Development & Performance (PDP) process.

  • Administrating the Nestlé Nordics Needs YOUth inbox, where we process applications for internships and project/thesis collaborations.
  • Ad hoc tasks within the entire Nordic HR team, such as engagement surveys, support with internal events, etc.

As a Student Worker at Nestlé Nordics, you will experience a high amount of trust and responsibility, making the work both challenging and rewarding. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies.
