Your Job:
As our new Student Worker in Logistics, you will join the Nordic Operations team at Nestlé’s Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen. In this role, you will take ownership of your own tasks and support the Logistics team on projects related to warehousing and transport, giving you broad exposure to different areas of logistics. Together, we work to deliver the highest level of service to our customers while driving cost efficiency and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing transport claims.
- Communicating with third-party logistics providers across the Nordics on warehousing and transport topics.
- Analyzing cost trends in Nordic warehouses and identifying savings opportunities.
- Preparing KPI reports, including monthly health checks.
- Supporting sustainability reporting within logistics.

We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. We are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you...
- Ideally, have at least two years left of your studies in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Economics)
- Are fluent in English. A Nordic language on top of this is a plus!
- Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Enjoy working analytically and have a natural flair for numbers.
- Show initiative, take ownership, and approach challenges with curiosity.
- Have strong coordination and communication skills, and feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
Previous experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus, but not a requirement.
