Your job
As our new Student Worker, you will become part of the Procurement team, which is part of our Nordic Operations department. You will be working hands-on within Procurement, proactively supporting the team with different administrative tasks and potentially progress to supporting with tenders. You will become a trusted service partner who is there when needed, in order to allow our business to focus on their core tasks.

 

In this role, key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Data analysis and visualisation
  • Administrative tasks
  • Reporting tasks
  • Supporting with projects and tenders

 

This role is based at our brand-new Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and you will report directly to Kenneth Jørgensen, Nordic Category Buyer. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 173 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we are seeking an individual with excellent collaboration skills and a keen eye for accuracy. In addition to this, you:

 

  • Have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Economics).
  • Are fluent in English and ideally also in one of the Nordic languages (but the latter is not a must)
  • Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Are detail-oriented, work in a structured and organized manner, and respect deadlines and processes.
  • Have a positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work.
  • Take initiative and reach out to relevant colleagues and other stakeholders as needed.

 

Previous experience with working in SAP will be seen as advantageous.
