Your Role

As our new Student Worker, you will become part of the Nordic Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA) team, based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen.

 

Working closely with experienced colleagues and reporting to the Nordic Regulatory & Scientific Affairs Manager, you will help ensure that Nestlé products and communications comply with regulatory requirements across the Nordic markets.

 

You will play an important role in supporting the development of compliant product information and helping us deliver trusted products to consumers.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Convert product recipes into compliant ingredient declarations and label texts in local Nordic languages.
  • Support regulatory assessments related to product and marketing claims.
  • Review and approve packaging, websites, communication materials, and marketing content.
  • Extract, analyze, and maintain data across various systems and databases.
  • Support the team with administrative and ad hoc regulatory activities.

 

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you:

 

  • Have at least two years remaining in your studies within Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, Public Health Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Are fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish).
  • Have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with processes, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Are structured, organized, and able to manage deadlines independently.
  • Take initiative, ask questions, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • Bring a positive attitude and curiosity to your work.

 

What We Offer

As a Student Worker at Nestlé Nordics, you'll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the beginning while receiving support from experienced colleagues.

We expect you to work 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around your academic commitments.

 

Compensation

  • DKK 184 per hour
  • Pension contributions
  • Unlimited coffee (of course!)
