Your Job:
As our new Student Worker in Sales, you will become part of the Purina Nordic Sales team. Based at Nestlé’s Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will report to the Nordic Commercial Manager and assist the Key Account Managers and other colleagues with various tasks, including:

• Administering pricing and promotions.
• Sharing product data with key customers.
• Optimizing e-content.
• Maintaining the B2B order portal and supporting the optimization project.
• Assisting field sales representatives with administrative tasks.
• Processing customer credits.
• Performing a wide range of additional administrative duties.

As a Student Worker at Nestlé Nordics, you will experience a high amount of trust and responsibility, making the work both challenging and rewarding. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 178 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink! The contract is initially set to last until the end of 2025. However, we hope to extend it into 2026 and beyond, if applicable. In addition to this, we offer:

We are looking for:
To thrive in this role, you...

• Ideally, have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Sales Management, or similar).
• Are fluent in both English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).
• Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Have a positive, proactive, and curious attitude.
• Have strong coordination and communication skills, and find it easy to work with many different stakeholders.
• Are a natural coordinator that can keep an overview without overlooking the details.
• Share our passion for pets!
