Your job
As our new Student Worker in Nordic Security & SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), you will get a taste of what it is like to work in a large food and beverage company, where the Security & SHE area is high on the agenda, and where you will have genuine impact throughout the organization.
You will be based at our Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and become part of the Nordic Security & SHE Community. The community consists of all SHE Managers in the Nordics, representing our factories and offices. We are a very diverse community with representatives from all Nordic countries, we share knowledge and have open and honest discussions. We help each other and develop together as one team, to deliver the best possible Security & SHE services to the organization.
As our new colleague, you will support the Nordic Security & SHE team on various tasks and projects, and as part of this, you will be exposed to both administrative tasks as well as managing smaller projects independently. You will get wide exposure to the Nordic organization and the opportunity to build a network internally.
Examples of tasks in this role include:
- Support with Security & SHE performance reporting
- Support with preparing meetings
- Ongoing monitoring and quality checks of incident reporting systems
- Checking and following up on monthly KPI’s
- Service and support to the Nordic Security & SHE Community
- Preparing Security & SHE presentations for our community
- Support in developing Security & SHE tools
- Smaller projects to ensure continuous improvement in our performance
- Updating our systems and homepages
We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 173 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink. To start with, the contract will be limited to a year, but with a possibility for extension.

Qualifications
We imagine that you are at least two years into your studies within SHE Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or similar. You have an analytical mindset, an interest in data analysis, and sharp IT skills. We expect that you are fluent in English and ideally also in one of the Nordic languages, both orally and in writing.
As a person, you are curious by nature, willing to learn, and have a “can-do” attitude. You are a strong communicator and find it easy to work with many different stakeholders. You are structured, enabling you to deliver high quality work within, sometimes, short and demanding deadlines. You are intrigued by working in an exciting and ever-changing environment, where your team always has your back.
Basic knowledge of and experience with Security & SHE will be seen as advantageous.
