Your Job:
As our new Student Worker, you will become part of the Shopper Activation team for Nestlé Denmark, working with iconic brands such as KitKat, NESCAFÉ, Starbucks and Cheerios. Based at Nestlé’s Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will support the Shopper team across the categories, working closely with the field sales, commercial, supply and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to create engaging Activations that support the business plan within budget.
- Creative Briefing to our external agencies to bring to life the messaging in line with brand guidelines and toolkits.
- Briefing POS (Point-of-Sales) suppliers to design Displays, POS materials, sell-in tools and displays that meet marketing goals.
- Help create and edit marketing materials like brochures and presentations, contributing to exciting promotional campaigns.
- Assist in managing purchase orders and budgets while supporting updates and setup for the POS Portal.
- Update and manage content for e-commerce platforms such as Nemlig and Bilka-to-Go.
- Logistical support for sales conferences, including packing equipment, preparing sales kits and product tastings.
- Support the planning and execution of various events like the Customer Events, internal launches, and workplace brand competitions.
- Contribute to demo program setup and KPI assessments, analyze event outcomes, and provide general administrative support with mailing, sample orders, and logistics.
- Support CDM (Category Development Manager) with ad hoc tasks as needed.

- Ideally, have at least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar).
- Are fluent in both Danish and English (required).
- Effectively manage your time to meet deadlines.
- Are a team player who works well with others, collaborating with various departments and team members.
- Take initiative and are proactive in identifying opportunities, suggesting improvements, and driving results.
- Have a creative mindset and can think outside the box to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
