Working at Nestlé: We are the largest food company in the world, focusing on nutrition, health, and wellness. Nestlé Nordics is a community where people truly matter. We value every aspect of you, from your talents to your personal experiences.
Your Job:
As our new Student Worker in Supply Planning, you will become part of the Nordic Demand & Supply Planning team. Based at Nestlé’s Nordic headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will work closely with the team and report to one of our two Nordic Category Supply Chain Co-pilots. In essence, we – as a team – are responsible for securing correct supplies and demands of Nestlé products from factories to warehouses, to customers, and to end-consumers. Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Team Support: Help out with everyday tasks in Supply Planning, such as balancing stock levels between our Nordic warehouses, and keeping track of important data.
- Invoice Management: Take charge of checking invoices to make sure we pay our vendors on time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Procurement and Finance teams at Nestlé to identify and resolve any issues that might delay payments.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure everything is running smoothly.
What's in it for YOU?
As a Student Worker at Nestlé Nordics, you will experience a high amount of trust and responsibility, making the work both challenging and rewarding. We expect that you can work 15-20 hours per week, but specific working hours/days are flexible according to your studies. The hourly wage is DKK 173 per hour, plus pension and all the coffee you can drink! In addition to this, we offer:
- Spacious and modern office located conveniently right next to Ørestad metro and train station.
- Multiple delicious and subsidized lunch options in our office building’s canteen.
- Free access to fully equipped gym, including training classes.
- International working environment with colleagues from all over the world, as well as an internal Student Worker Network.
The Courage to be YOU: At Nestlé Nordics, we encourage you to embrace your authenticity. When you bring your whole self to work, you unleash your full potential.
