We are recruiting for a Brand Manager Nescafe Dolce Gusto, to join them to design & deliver best in class marketing activities that drive penetration & support to achieve our business objectives.
This is a permanent opportunity which will report into the Senior Brand Manager and will see you work on the two exciting coffee brands, NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto & STARBUCKS by Dolce Gusto.

Your impact
Ultimately, as Brand Manager for NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto for you will be responsible for, playing a central role in shaping how one of the UK’s most vibrant coffee brands shows up for consumers every single day. No two days will look the same, but you can expect to work across the full marketing spectrum—balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers, ensuring brand relevance in a competitive landscape.
- Digital Strategy Ownership: Manage and enhance our digital visibility by driving both paid and organic search strategies, ensuring effective online engagement with consumers.
- Product Launch Leadership: Oversee the launch of new coffee pods, from concept development to shelf placement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to measure and optimize performance.
- Collaboration with Global Teams: Work closely with global teams to integrate UK insights into global strategies, adapting innovations to meet local market needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with sales, supply chain, insights, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role, you will already have a fantastic breadth of experience in marketing, ideally with previous experience within the FMCG category.
- Consumer Insight: A passion for understanding consumer needs and leveraging data to develop impactful marketing strategies.
- Innovative Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and creativity, paired with excellent organizational skills to execute projects effectively.
- Effective Communicator: Superb communication skills that foster collaboration with stakeholders and align marketing initiatives with business strategy.
