Job Title: Business Development Manager (Horeca) – Sales (OOH Sales Specialist)

Location: Field / Home Based (South East Region including Guildford, Kent, Brighton, Portsmouth, Brighton and Slough)

Salary: Depending on experience it can be up to £36,000 + up to 30% OTE + company car + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other fantastic benefits!

Position Summary

At Nespresso, we are on a mission to revolutionise the coffee industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success. You will be responsible for acquiring new and maintaining relationships with current HORECA customers in the South East of England. Your efforts will contribute to the high brand visibility of Nespresso within the HORECA Channel, ensuring that our exceptional coffees are enjoyed in the finest hotels, restaurants, and luxury retail businesses.

 

 

A Day in the Life of a Business Development Manager – HORECA

Your Mission:

  • Tenacious Acquisition: Pursue and secure new HORECA and hospitality clients within targeted groups, driving our growth strategy forward.
  • Maximise Brand Visibility: Ensure our brand shines brightly in the HORECA channel through strategic customer acquisition, impactful contracts, and optimal machine placements.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Forge and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers to boost sales and loyalty.
  • Build Your Pipeline: Actively create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, emails, events, and industry-specific fairs.
  • Engage and Educate: Conduct on-site coffee tastings and training sessions to captivate prospects and enhance customer experience.

 

What Will Make You Successful?

To really thrive in this role, you'll have a background in premium sales and a solid understanding of the hospitality market:

  • Know the Market: Have a deep understanding of hotels, restaurants, and the hospitality landscape, coupled with a passion for coffee.
  • Target-Driven Experience: Bring previous experience from a results-oriented environment where hitting targets is second nature.
  • Business Development Expertise: Showcase extensive skills in new business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Partnership Builder: Develop and maintain strong business partnerships that foster growth and collaboration.
  • Customer Commitment: Demonstrate a steadfast dedication to customer support and satisfaction.
  • Driving Licence: A full driving licence is required for this role.
