Location: Gatwick – Hybrid working: approx. 2 days per week in our office

We have a great opportunity for a Premium Brands NPD Category & Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Development Team. This is a high profile and strategically important role, where you will develop and implement winning customer category and shopper plans to launch key innovation pipeline. A day in the life of an NPD Category & Shopper Marketing Manager …
In this exciting and newly created role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for driving the Category Management process across Premium Innovation, to build credibility narrative on positioning in Market, compelling customer category selling stories encompassing Data-Insight-Action-Implementation. Whilst delivering the Geo-targeting launch strategy.
- Shape and execute tailored shopper marketing strategies for all channels to maximize impact in both London and national markets, unlocking the Category opportunity for Premium Beverages Innovation through a prioritisation of investment
- Lead the development of B2B communications platforms for all channels and all brands working in collaboration with wider Generating Demand team.
- Tracking and Evaluate Premium Beverage performance and look for opportunities and solutions to challenges to drive the business forward.
- Builds strong ETE working relationships with CDT, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to deliver Innovation ambition & MBS by delivering insight-based solutions to drive category leadership.
What will make you successful?
This is a fantastic opportunity for high performers who want to work in a fast paced and progressive environment. Skills and experience we’re looking for include:
- Previous FMCG experience in category development / sales / shopper marketing with evidence of strategic ability
- Flexibility and agility to solve problems / challenges rapidly and creatively
- Strong evidence of working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional results
- Ability to interpret and analyse multiple data sources and generate insight
- Strong influencing skills with commercial acumen is a must
- Knowledge of Bottled Water / soft drinks category dynamics is advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of consumer and shopper trends, customer trends
