Location: Field based across the UK & Ireland (3 days in field) + travel to Gatwick as required
Salary £42,000 to £45,000 dependent upon experience + business needs car

Position Summary
Channel Sales & Coffee Operations (CS&CO) is part of our Nestlé Professional Business to Business food service arm. Specialising in Out of Home beverage solutions, CS&CO offers an unrivalled portfolio of fantastic & renowned brands including our primary brand ‘We Proudly Serve’ STARBUCKS and also NESCAFÉ, and SEATTLES BEST COFFEE. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented D2C Field Operations Manager to join our team to lead, develop and manage a team of 12 D2C field colleagues to deliver excellent in‑store execution across D2C customer locations.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock management, consistent brand standards, high machine uptime and compliance with cleaning and operational routines, while building capability, engagement and accountability within the field team to maximise customer satisfaction and commercial performance across the Nestlé Professional coffee portfolio.
Your impact
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and develop 12 D2C field colleagues to consistently meet execution standards; set clear objectives, conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development planning
- Drive engagement, accountability and a high‑performance culture within the team
- Ensure all customer locations receive accurate and compliant stock counts via team execution. Review variances, identify trends and ensure timely escalation and corrective action
- Ensure team consistently delivers Nestlé Professional brand standards across all D2C site; Act on audit findings, customer feedback and execution gaps
- Ensure field teams verify and coach correct cleaning routines at customer level; monitor repeat non‑compliance and intervene where required. Support uptime through basic troubleshooting and effective escalation
- Ensure all field activity is reported accurately and on time through Project MORE systems; using data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
- Assist with the development of coffee knowledge and passion for coffee quality across all functions.
Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience leading and developing field‑based teams and have a strong understanding of D2C or route‑to‑market execution. Coffee solutions / retail or hospitality experience is important (Barista trainer level) is desirable.
You’ll also have:
- Strong influencing, coaching and communication skills
- Track record of delivering consistent performance through others
- High level of data literacy and reporting discipline
- Ability to manage ambiguity and balance operational and people priorities
