Position Summary
Nestle has a fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic individuals to join the Finance team as a Finance Administrator this role will play a key role within the Sales Organisation whilst sitting within the Finance Function. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer invoices (deductions and claims) are accurately reconciled, pricing issues are resolved, and root causes are identified.
This is an exciting opportunity that would suit a recent or upcoming graduate or someone who already has experience working as an administrator.
A day in the life of a Finance Administrator
This opportunity will provide timely and accurate financial information to the sales teams, the key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for accurate & compliant settlement of customer invoices.
- Identifying root cause of an invalid deduction and/or price claims to drive right first time.
What will make you successful?
As the successful candidate you will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, pro-actively identify any issues or risks. Good communication skills are important to enable financial information to be understood across the team. A strong team player is essential as well as;
- Previous administration experience, finance experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong planning competencies with a good attention to detail
- Prior experience working with systems including Excel functionality (look-ups & pivot tables) and experience using SAP would be desirable.
