We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Partner to join our outstanding Purina Finance team based at Gatwick. Reporting to the Finance Planning & Analytics Manager this role is a great opportunity to broaden your experience with a wide ranging finance partnering role.

Your impact
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted business partner to the category and marketing team of our Purina category, providing financial analysis and insight and driving sustainable brand and category profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing pre- and post-evaluation of New Product Development launches with value added insight
- Ensuring Marketing spend is pre and post evaluated, and analysis and insight is shared with the business with a view to identify opportunities for improving PFME effectiveness
- Brand Profitability Management
- Presenting Quarterly brand profitability reviews to Purina leadership team - providing detailed analysis giving value added insight to drive brand profitability.
- A key driving force in longer term strategic portfolio choices
Your ingredients for success
You will ideally be a qualified/close to qualified Accountant with proven experience in Finance & Control. You will need to be self-motivated and results-focused, with high level of initiative to support the business. Your insight will enable you to quickly understand how the business decisions impact brand profitability, their targets and the business KPIs overall. In this role, you will successfully use your communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organisation. Finally, you will need the ability to be flexible when prioritising work in an environment that is often ambiguous.
You will have:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritise
- Experience of building cross-functional networks
- The ability to cope well under pressure
- Good knowledge of the P&L
- Strong influencing skills
- Ideally ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
