HoReCa Prestige Accounts Manager – Field Based / London
Field based role – London: 4 days per week with customers; 1 day per month in our Gatwick office

Position Summary 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager / Territory Manager to join our Nestlé Waters Sales team.

 

Sanpellegrino, Acqua Panna and Perrier are iconic international leading brands and synonymous of quality, style and Italian & French flair around the Globe. You will be responsible for representing these Premium Brands in London across top venues and directly engage with top stakeholders of the industry – Michelin Star Chefs, the world’s best Mixologists and key industry influencers.


A day in the life of a HoReCa Accounts Manager …

It’s an exciting time to join the team as a HoReCa Prestige Accounts Manager. You will be responsible for developing Nestle Waters’ International Brand portfolio, supporting Partner Distributor Sales Teams, and unlocking new opportunities with prospect customers. 

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Nurture existing key accounts & relationships, as well as drive new business in the Premium Restaurant, Bar & Hotel sector in London
  • Be the Brand Ambassador of our Premium Brands to Build Value and Image, developing business through existing S.Pellegrino Brand Sponsorships e.g. Fine Dining Lovers & Young Chef Academy.
  • Network with influencing stakeholders in London e.g. Michelin Star Chefs & Mixologists, to unlock new opportunities;
  • Target Iconic Cocktail Bars (& Mixologists) and Restaurants full of social experiencers, to increase touchpoints and make brand/range relevant premium placements;
  • Target groups e.g. hotel chains/Premium independent restaurants, in order to secure Distribution on core portfolio;
  • Support our Partner Distributor Sales Teams to unlock new opportunities for our International Brands;
  • Plan and action to deliver full implementation of key events within defined call file and end users (as defined by the Customer Business Teams) within geographical area;
  • Support Customer Business Managers to deliver accurate commercial and volume forecasting, and evaluate sales-out data for Nestlé Waters and customers;
  • Manage Head Office meetings and presentations to Partner Distributor Sales Teams.


What will make you successful? 
To be successful, you’ll already have some fantastic sales experience under your belt, ideally within the On Trade market and Bar-Restaurant premium industry.  You will be passionate, tenacious, results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment.

 

In addition, you will also:

  • Have previous Territory / Regional Sales Management experience
  • Have a good understanding of the London On Trade scene and be well connected
  • Have a good understanding of financial management and KPI targets
  • Have experience in both reactive and proactive sales skills
  • Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed
  • Be enthusiastic, charismatic with an outgoing nature
