We are recruiting for a Nutrition Analyst to join our Nutrition, Health & Wellness team (NHW) for a 12 month period.

This will include facilitating monitoring and reporting and ensuring easy accessibility both internally and externally. You will also be analysing recipes and ensuring they are nutritionally responsible and working on product approval and employee wellness.
The world of nutrition has never been more dynamic and fast paced, and with this role you will work as part of a team of passionate and experienced nutrition professionals, working across a range of different food and drink categories. You will be a part of a team where you will share the value of open communication to generate impact and return towards our common goals.
We take pride in championing inclusion and diversity. We proudly signed the Business in the Community Race at Work Charter, are committed to Disability Confidence, and have been recognised as a Times Top 50 Employer for gender equality for three consecutive years. Additionally, we are a headline partner of Diversity and Inclusion in grocery.
Your impact
Ultimately, you will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in leading nutrition analysis, benchmarking and assisting with nutrition relation communications and pack approvals, working closely with a range of different teams including Marketing, Regulatory and Public Affairs.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Nutritional Analysis & Product Benchmarking: Conduct nutritional assessments of Nestlé products, benchmarking against, competitors, internal and external nutrition targets to inform product briefs and recipe development.
- Data Quality & Product Information Management: Collaborate with Product Information teams to enhance data accuracy and availability across systems. Maintain key NHW product information within internal systems and share it through external platforms (e.g., Brandbank) while supporting sales teams with data requests.
- Regulatory & HFSS Compliance Support: Act as the primary guardian of HFSS data, maintaining accurate and accessible information for customers and internal teams.
- Recipe & Content Validation: Conduct recipe analysis and partner with marketing, chefs, and content developers to ensure recipes meet UK nutritional guidelines and that responsible nutrition information is reflected on websites and communications.
- Wellness Advocacy & Internal Engagement: Champion Nestlé’s Wellness agenda by working with catering teams, creating resources, presenting at meetings, writing newsletters, and organising internal wellbeing events
Your ingredients for success
To be successful in this role, you’ll already have a strong grounding in nutrition, gained through an AfN‑accredited degree or a Food Science degree with nutrition (experience within nutrition or food analysis is desirable but not essential).
- You’ll be passionate, tenacious and results‑focused, acting as an ambassador for our brands with the confidence to communicate clearly and influence across all levels.
- You’ll understand the need to flex your style in a fast‑paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- You’ll bring excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and solid digital capability — particularly in Excel.
- You’re organised, self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a wider cross‑functional team.
A genuine passion for nutrition, health and wellness, coupled with curiosity about external trends and public health developments, will help you thrive. Experience from an internship or industrial placement is a bonus.
