In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of 7 sales professionals in the execution and delivery of new customer acquisition across the HORECA channel, while also growing a defined existing customer base. You will shape how the team builds pipeline, converts opportunities and strengthens customer relationships, using insights, channels and touchpoints to drive quality acquisition and increase the lifetime value of our customers.
Key day-to-day responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver the HORECA field sales strategy, aligned with the wider acquisition and retention plan.

• A strong track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs.
• Experience coaching, motivating and developing sales teams.
• Strong commercial judgement and confidence using sales data to inform decisions.
• Experience building relationships with senior customer decision-makers.
• A full UK driving licence.
Desirable
• Experience within HORECA, the on-trade, premium products or the coffee sector.
