Senior Brand Manager –Iced Coffee (12-month secondment – Feb 2026 start)
Location: Hybrid with Park House (Crawley) anchor day Wednesdays
Salary depending on experience up to 55-58k + car allowance + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering + other fantastic benefits!
Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Senior Brand Manager to join the NESCAFÉ Iced Coffee team based in Park House, Crawley. This role will report directly into the Marketing Manager for Mixes & Iced Coffee and will see you work on the NESCAFÉ Iced coffee ranges to deliver best in class marketing activities that support us to achieve our commercial objectives.

A day in the life of a Senior Brand Manager…
As a Senior Brand Manager you will be responsible for the full NESCAFÉ Take Home Iced portfolio. You will work with the Zone & SBU teams to lead the development of the Take Home Iced coffee category by executing significant innovation projects & identifying new growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Leading the development of a clear brand strategy and three-year brand plans, ensuring all brand activities adhere to brand purpose & strategy.
- Delivering agreed sales, market share and profit targets for the brands for which you’re responsible
- Lead the media plan strategy and implementation for your area of the portfolio, investing wisely leveraging strategy and econometrics data
- Turning shopper & consumer insight and the category strategy into actionable and executable initiatives.
- Build compelling commercial propositions across pack/price architecture, channel solutions and leading innovations from concept to launch
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of UK Coffee category including media, trade, competition and consumer behaviour to identify marketing issues and opportunities.
- Working collaboratively with our above-market teams & technical teams to deliver a strong NPD pipeline to drive growth
- Constantly evaluating the effectiveness of marketing programmes & brand performance, adjusting plans in line with learnings.
- Closely monitoring industry and competitor activity, to ensure plans are maintained and adapted in a constantly changing, competitive FMCG environment.
What will make you successful?
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced marketer who is already operating at a SBM level (although not mandatory for the right candidate) who has exceptionally strong commercial acumen coupled with the ability to influence well within the matrix to deliver the best brand experiences alongside our above-market colleagues.
You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will have strong project management and analytical skills whilst being a conscientious team player. Pro-activity and enthusiasm are essential elements for this role. You’ll also be able to:
- Influence at senior levels both internally and externally, locally & across Zone Europe
- Proactively lead the brand plans & initiatives, aligning key stakeholders at the right moments
- Communicate strongly in both small forums but also demonstrate strong presentation skills in wide audiences (from internal conferences to customer presentations)
- Competently managing several sizable projects and work streams from concept to delivery.
- Be able to demonstrate your experience of leading new product launches.
