Location: Gatwick (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office)
Salary: Up to £33,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a qualified Vet Nurse who would like to combine their veterinary expertise with a customer-focused role, supporting pet owners, veterinary professionals and consumers. You will also have the opportunity for ongoing training with our in-house Vets through onsite and external courses to meet the minimum annual CPD requirements.
You will work shifts on a rota between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Your Impact
Customer Support: Provide expert advice on companion animal health, nutrition and wellbeing to customers and veterinary professionals.
Technical Expertise: Use your veterinary knowledge to support queries relating to health conditions, therapeutic diets, and science-led nutrition.
Team Development: Support colleagues through veterinary training and technical guidance.
Multi-Channel Service: Deliver a seamless service across phone, email and video channels.
Customer Experience: Resolve queries proactively and build trust through expertise and reassurance.
Business Performance: Help achieve service targets while adapting to changing customer needs and expectations.
Your Ingredients for Success
Essential
Veterinary Qualification: Fully qualified Veterinary Nurse with sound knowledge of small animal care.
Practice Experience: Minimum two years experience working within a veterinary practice.
Problem Solving: Strong attention to detail with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Customer Focus: Experience building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pet Nutrition: Strong interest in pet nutrition.
Desirable
Nutrition Qualification: SACN qualification or relevant CPD study in small animal nutrition.
Training Capability: Experience delivering advice, guidance or coaching to others.
