POSITION SUMMARY
Represent branch requirements throughout the business planning process, ensuring sales plans reflect channel and regional needs, and support the Branch Manager in driving sales planning actions that deliver category and brand objectives.
MAIN DUTIES
• Lead branch level sales planning by region, including target setting, sales delivery, and sales support planning.
• Drive category and channel activity planning across regions; cascade plans to sales teams and ensure strong execution.
• Manage demand forecasting and sales performance reviews (monthly/quarterly), including bottom up forecasts and follow up actions.
• Monitor execution quality across channels and regions; track performance and drive corrective actions to improve results.
• Coordinate allocation and effective use of resources (stocks, POP materials, displays) across categories and channels.
• Support branch and regional leadership with performance reviews, business presentations, and action plans.
• Lead and coordinate local trade and modern trade projects at branch level, working closely with sales teams and head office.
• Share market insights, competitive activities, and channel trends to identify growth opportunities for brands and categories.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of solid experience in Sales, with strong commercial and market understanding.
• 1–2 years of experience in Channel Management, demonstrating sound analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proven cross functional exposure across Field Sales, Channel Management, and Commercial Planning.
• Strong knowledge of distributor best practices and advanced market intelligence.
• Good understanding of the retail outlet universe within the distributor’s assigned territory.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with well developed negotiation and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
