We have an exciting new opportunity for two Globe Co-ordinator’s based in our Nestlé Dalston Factory. This is a permanent opportunity which will report into the Business Continuity Support Manager.

 

Our Dalston Factory is the home of Nescafe and produces a range of Cappuccino, Aero, and Coffee Mate products. These are produced through a highly automated PLC controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines. It is continually developing our recipes and expanding our leading brands.

Your impact

 

Ultimately, you will be responsible for providing systems and compliance support for the Production Management teams onsite.

 

You will serve as the First Point of Contact for system-related issues, escalating to the Business Continuity Support Manager as necessary.

 

Your other key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Compliance Focus: Ensure Operations maintain a state of constant audit readiness by providing compliance support and guidance on internal controls related to the Globe system.
  • Training and Support: Maintain end-user knowledge of the Globe system and external systems through comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support for all Operations Users.
  • Data Accuracy: Drive accuracy in data capture and compliance by conducting Daily, Weekly, and Monthly health checks of the systems, investigating, and rectifying data and system errors.
  • New Systems Implementation: Provide focused support for the successful implementation of any new systems initiatives within Operations ensuring that users are adequately trained and supported.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest General Instructions and Manufacturing Instructions, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities to maximize the benefits of the Globe system.

 

Your ingredients for success

 

To be successful in this role you will already have a fantastic breadth of SAP knowledge and experience, ideally within a Manufacturing and/or Operational environment. Experience on other ERP systems will also be considered, but SAP experience is preferred.

 

Other key criteria:

 

  • Proven experience in systems support, data management, and/or project coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on prioritisation and task management.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to operational compliance and data management.
  • Compliance Awareness: A solid understanding and appreciation of compliance regulations.
