position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Automation (E&A) Engineer to join our team at the Nestlé Waters

Your role will be to provide support for Nestlé’s Manufacturing Execution Systems, electrical and automation professional and technical operational activities in line with corporate guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the company SHE policy, procedures and working instructions.
  • Implement Nestle Engineering Compliance Assessmen standard related to electrical and automation chapter.
  • maintain a record is of all the automation software applications (PLC, HMI, MES, VFD configurations, etc.) and their current versions.
  • Identify and tuning checks/adjustments for Critical control loops in accordance with process requirements and per GI-241.22.
  • Manage the instrumentation calibration program.
  • Manage and identified obsolescence Process control equipment (PLCs, HMIs, industrial software, VFDs, etc.). adn implement and follow a life cycle plan.
  • Participate in Problem Solving- BDA and GSTD to prevent unplanned Stoppages Re-occurring.
  • Troubleshooting of Electrical and mechanical Problems during breakdown
  • Transfer knowledge to AWG

Requirements:

  • Saudi National
  • BCs in Electronic, Mechatronix or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Automation fiels.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, manuals to determine how to assemble parts, machines, and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.
  • Solid understanding of PLC programming and software development tools especially for Siemens brand.
  • Good knowledge in communication system (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, etc.).
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and make the necessary actions.
  • Ability to program new project, install, and commission it.
  • Ability to read electrical schematic diagram.
  • Knowledge in electronic and instrument components and their calibration and installation.
  • Knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.
  • Preferable to have experience in FMCG especially in PET lines (SIDEL, SACMI, ACMI machines)
