Nestle Waters KSA - Almanhal Water Factory (Position is based in Dammam Industrial Area)

 POSITION SUMMARY

Operate water treatments units within the factory with compliance to safety and quality requirements to achieve bussniss objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate water treatment on time to achieve the production plan on daily base, and monitors and observes operating conditions,                                                  
• Prepare chemicals for water treatment operation requirements as per standard.                                
• Perform cleaning for the RO membrane in case of process deviation.                                       
• Control the quality requirement for the water.                                              
• Maintain GMP at water treatment area.
• Perform the CIP for the backup line as per quality requirements.                                           
• Monitor the stock of raw water to avoid any shortage.                                               
• Prepare the daily report for the direct manager.                                           
• Coordinate with QC team to Control minerals as per recipe                                       
• Diagnoses basic operational problems and takes corrective action per procedure, report any failure in process operation to direct manager.                                                      
• Monitor and record flow meters readings, pressures gauges, flow ratios.  

Key Experiences:

• Associate degree General Sciences or Biology or Chemistry or equivalent
• 2 – 3 years of experience in water treatment plant or equivalent
• Ability to communicate in English.
