Position Summary
As the Training & Learning Manager you will be an engaged member of our factory leadership team. The Training Manager is responsible for strategically implementing and improving training programs throughout the entire facility, including Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Job Instructional, and Continuous Improvement Training. This will include closely working with all departments to identify needs for training and improvement of current training. You will utilize digital platforms to improve competence and will maintain Job Instruction trainings. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized and group learning programs that address specific business needs.
- Plan out online training calendar with links to training materials.
- Identify and assess the learning needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with Subject Matter Experts and Department Managers.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Create curriculums to facilitate learning and development based on organizational goals.
- Maintain, develop, and coordinate supervisory and management development courses.
- Oversees onboarding program and New Hire training.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3+ year’s leadership experience in a training development/implementation capacity within a manufacturing, production, military, or related environment.
