Position Summary
The Integrated Work Group Leader assists in promoting and executing the Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) program and Total Performance Management (TPM) methodology. As the IWG Leader, you will work cross-functionally with various teams within the factory to optimize productivity and prioritize safety by implementing training, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead by example and step in to provide support and coverage as needed in the manufacturing process. In this role, you will conduct team audits, analyze processes and data, identify opportunities for improvement and share your recommendations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to learn details of the systems and methodology within Total Performance Management (TPM) and become an expert
- Support and lead Integrated Work Group (IWG) meetings
- Understand losses and the ability to link losses to TPM Pillar methodology
- Manage execution of implementation plans and coordinate activities between Pillars and IWGs
- Train team members on Pillar and Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) concepts
- Understand quality standards and implement standards in digital platforms (POKA, Redzone, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years working in a manufacturing, operations, military or related environment
This position has a minimum salary of $34.25 per hour. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
