Position Summary

As the HR Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Human Resources team, including the HR Manager, Senior HR Coordinator and Training Manager, to provide efficient and effective operational support to all factory associates. You will function as a communication liaison, identifying and sharing departmental needs with the HR team, to enhance current HR practices, policies and procedures.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide administrative support to the factory HR team 
  • Assess associate needs, gather information, and suggest options for inquiry resolution 
  • Process various confidential forms and maintain personnel records 
  • Track daily attendance and leave for hourly associates 
  • Record training program data 
  • Assist with new hire paperwork, background checks and interview arrangements 
  • Participate in new hire orientation preparation, presentation and paperwork 
  • Maintain and distribute policy and procedure manuals and other communications as requested

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
  • 2+ years’ administrative experience in human resources or related field

 

This position has a minimum salary of $48,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
