Position Summary

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be a key member of the warehouse team working to keep activities running efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing the daily warehouse shipping schedule by directing the activities for loading and shipping products, maintaining warehouse records, and performing job assignments to ensure that we meet our warehouse and customer satisfaction goals.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform all clerical duties directly related to warehouse activity
  • Check drivers in and out, while aiding loaders in locating product
  • Prepare and maintain productivity reports, shipping documents, pick/load slips and various other shipping office paperwork
  • Coordinate movement of trailers
  • Assist with the transfer of products between factory and outside storage
  • Prioritize and manage workload utilizing various computer programs and tools

 

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced warehouse coordination, logistics, military or related role

 

Preferred

  • Proficiency in software platforms applicable to logistics management such as SAP (or similar), EWM, YMS, ASRS, Microsoft Office
  • Must be willing to work a 2nd shift schedule

 

This position has a minimum salary of $47,000. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
