Position Summary 

 

The Key account manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategy and annual channel/customers plans that are aligned with overall business and customer strategies, while achieving the agreed KPIs for the channel/customers.

 

A day in the life of a Key Account Manager

 

  • Build complete Channel/Customer Plan to drive the overall business.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Key account sales team and 3rd party merchandising team.
  • Lead on the execution of the plans for assigned Account (s) through the key account team, that are aligned with business objectives and customer strategies.
  • Facilitate excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
  • Nurture productive business relationship to include cross-functional leaders and customer key stakeholders.
  • Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs;
  • Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations.                                     

 
What will make you successful 

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree;
  • Min. 5 years of relevant Key Account Manager experience in different customers;
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Leadership and coaching skills;
  • Analytical skills.
