POSITION SUMMARY

Lead the sales team to deliver agreed objectives / sales plans by building the business relationship with customers / distributors to ensure the best Nestlé products commercialization and maximize trade investment return.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

 

  • Cascade MBS/ Market OMP into CEP ; OMP will drive implementation (priority / key drivers / activity / KPIs)
  • Accountable to deliver on Key Financials
  •  Enabling results through others / leading the teams. Develop talent, employee’s engagement
  • Enabling strong Business Relationships with customers. Build management line contact within customers organization. Moreover, maximizing value of trade investments.
  • Ensure Compliance as per the Sales manual. Communicate the policies in place with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with Head Office team on any business risk which should be proactively resolved.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business. Optimize the sales and service structure in the operations.

 

What will make you successful…

 

  • 5 to 7 years in business operations, preferably in the Out of Home environment. Strong experience in Sales & Marketing. Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results. Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Has coordination experience in complex environment and working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence others.
  • Practical experience and understanding of quality principles, HACCP, hygiene in the F&B industry.
  • University Degree in Business (Administration, Marketing, Management); MBA is preferred.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft (SAP is a plus)
