Position Summary

Support the deployment of the continuous improvement in our relations with the employees and their representatives as a fundamental competitive advantage of the company

A day in the life of...

  • Ensure compliance for all operations at sites regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.                 
  • Implement core HR processes and programs, communicated to other departments successfully and in alignment with guideline.                
  • Administers and interprets various labor agreements, administers grievance procedures;                 
  • Facilitates Employee Survey, working closely with Leadership team on specific action plans, leading focus group process, ensuring ongoing communication and measuring progress to goals.                
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers in the performance management process properly.                
  • Internal legal consultant on labour issues and responsible for timely information to the HRM/FM on employee relation matters.                
  • To assist HR Manager in handling the disciplinary cases by drafting warning letters, minutes meeting in compliance with Labour Law and company policy, and get the coonsultation with Corporate Legal when necessary.     
  • Execute ER activities: Management Conferences, events like: Sports, Canteen, recreation, Year–end Party, Family day, outing and activity, event during the year (woman day, children day, birthday etc.) following ideas, plan, budget, content, participant approved, lunches with Management level & Employees                
  • Develop relationships and work proactively with other stakeholders /teams across Nestle                
  • Coordinate in HR team & relavant to make sure well-prepared to welcome guess from 5S, GMP, PPEs, food, facilities...                
  • Control all ER activities as appoved budget, right cost center allocation                
  • Other tasks assigned by HRM                

What will make you successful

  • 1-3 years experience in HR environment 
  • Have good knowledge about Employment law & labor regulations
  • Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
  • Works independently with general supervision
  • Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex
  • May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
