Position Summary

Responsible for planning and controlling the Factory's purchasing of materials to meet business requirements, ensuring that buying processes are in line with Nestlé standards and policies, with optimum cost.

A day in the life of...

• Manage suppliers to ensure smooth material supply according to the plan and coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor for optimization of material arrival in stock.
• Co-operate with Warehouse Receiver and internal requesters for material receiving and follow up outstanding PO to assist Material Planner in proper action.
• Collect complaint document from QA then fax to Suppliers and receive their feedback then send to QA.
• Manage PRPO to supplier and follow-up delivery status from supplier.
• Monthly prepare PO in SAP for Warehouse sundry material.
• Update KPIs of team on time, prepare weekly and monthly report then send them to member in team to have action plan early to achieve KPIs.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Planning or related.
• Good at English communication and MS Office.
• Good stakeholder management, planning and time management skills.
• Willing to support and learn new things.
