Position Summary

•    To support and assist the Factory Controller in delivering the business partnering role to support Factory Management in Decision Making process.
•    To be the key finance support for the shop floor to drive potential cost improvements and recommend corrective actions. 
•    Accurate analysis and interpretation of factory variances.
•    Ensure no misappropriation of factory asset control.

A day in the life of...

1. Business Planning
•    Incorporate with concerned department to build Factory budget yearly, DF version and update Actual expense monthly.
•    Together with relevant departments forecast ending inventory, write off value of materials, spare part which support to working captital review, insurance purpose.

2. Reporting & Analysis
•    Ensure the data correctness for period-end closing, financial reporting, BUD processing as well as compliance with NAS, CSM requirement
•    Provide accurate advice on factory F&C operation respects
•    Execute monthly variance report: FFOH, Material Price, ZMUV, LUV…

3. Controlling
•    Assets Management responsibility Assist engineer to classify fixed asset & validate and ensure depreciation rate are align NAS
•    Monitor waste/scrap/ levels against target and report on deviations for corrective action plan
•    Periodically conduct inventory count; monitor and report stock result status of assigned controlling area as well as assist in following-up with the stock owner for corrective actions if have

4. Continuous Improvement
•    Challenge assumption for seeking opportunity for Factory cost improvement 
•    Increase Costing Awareness to non-costing people by coaching, training delivery
•    Play role cost controller, give costing advise & simulate for new project/product

5. Other
•    Support the factory controller on best practice implementation in order to demonstrate robust internal controls around costing respects
•    Ad hoc Projects or Ad hoc Assignment

What will make you successful

• Bachelor's degree in Finance major.
• Good at English skill (writing, reading, listening, speaking)    
• DF accuracy: follow KPI yearly
• Stock and Asset accuracy
• On time support to management in term of data analysis, reporting.
• Comply with Nestlé Accounting Standard, Nestlé Costing Standard for Manufacturing.
