- Contract type: 12-month outsourced contract through Nestlé's third-party service provider
MAIN JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-oriented HR Assistant to support HR operations, employee engagement activities, and employee experience initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with people, organising activities, creating content, leveraging digital tools, and learning modern HR practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Operations Support
- Support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave administration, payroll-related data preparation, and employee information updates.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and filing systems.
- Support compliance documentation and HR administrative processes.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, wellness, and communication initiatives.
- Coordinate factory events, employee activities, recognition programmes, and internal campaigns.
- Assist in creating communication materials, presentations, posters, newsletters, and digital content.
- Support employee onboarding and workplace culture initiatives.
- Digitalization & Continuous Improvement
- Support HR digitalization projects and data management activities.
- Utilize digital tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, Canva, Power BI, or other platforms to improve efficiency.
- Contribute ideas to simplify processes and enhance employee experience.
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Provide responsive support to employees and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of HR activities and events.
- Support the HR team in daily operations and special projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in technology, AI, digital tools, and process improvement
- Experience supporting events, engagement initiatives, communication activities, content design, or project coordination is an advantage
